Free Support
Free support is available to all users of the Inspirometer system. As previously mentioned, it consists of an extensive help facility, useful guides, page tours, demos and help panels.
Basic Support
The basic operational support package is in addition to the free support options, and is available to all those who have paid-for Inspirometer accounts. It is provided through the GetSatisfaction widget which can be found as an amber Tag on the left hand side of your account page. Clicking the Tag allows you to search the support database to see if your question has already been answered, and to post it to the forum community if it has not. Tag-Check staff visit the forum regularly and pick up on any queries that have not already been answered by other community members, and to identify required bug-fixes, and priorities for further development.
Premium Support
The premium support package provides email support to a named individual within a client account, and provides a budget of 2-hours per month of one-to-one support in configuring the system and addressing any issues that arise. Price on application.
Configuration support is a premium service, and is available to enterprises that are seeking to undertake a major implementation of the Inspirometer in their organisation. Support can be provided in any of the following areas:
- Configuration of the organisational structure
- Bulk setup of accounts from an excel template
- Bulk configuration of user permissions from an excel template
- Configuration of community Tags
- Provision of white-label service
- Integration of Tags into CRM or other database system templates
- Participation in implementation project reviews
- Delivery of standard training materials
The package includes up to 20 hours of telephone, web-meeting and email support to up to three named individuals, and the on-line delivery of training materials to a trainer group. Price on application.
Regretfully we are not positioned to provide consultancy support at this time. However we do provide a number of useful guides through the help pages.
Over time, we hope to appoint a number of local consulting support agents for different geographic areas, who can support your cultural implementation of the Inspirometer in your own language, and in a manner that is sympathetic to the local culture and what you are trying to achieve.
