Wherever you are starting from, getting meeting feedback could not be easier than this!
That’s it – Done!
Meeting participants will each receive a micro-poll at the end of the meeting, where they can feedback with one tap of their finger (or leave a comment if they wish), and you will get the results as soon as they happen.
PLEASE NOTE: The above technique works in most cases where your Calendar is connected to an Outlook exchange server. If for some reason this does not work for you, simply click to edit the meeting, add meetings@inspirometer.com to the attendee list, and send the update to all attendees.
The Inspirometer App is a free and freely available tool that lets anyone (whether or not they have an Inspirometer Account) engage with meeting feedback.
Users register their email address with the App (and set a password for security) and Inspirometer automatically synchronises the App with any feedback-enabled meetings to which they have been invited. Once installed, feedback is as simple as opening the app and clicking on the faces.
And, if you have installed the Outlook Add-in, the App will also show you your meeting stats, and enable you to keep track of your progress in making them more effective.
To load the App on your own mobile device, simply go to the relevant store, and then select to install it.
The App provides easy access to provide and receive feedback for all participants in a meeting. Your meeting attendees do not need to be an account-holders (or even members of your own organisation) to use the app to provide feedback in your meetings.
The meetings tool is an add-in which works in the background of Outlook to gather meeting data from your calendar and present an analysis back to you.
All versions of Outlook from Outlook 2007 enable the full functionality of the add-in. To understand which version of Outlook you are using, please take a look at the Microsoft guidance on this. Then please select the installation guide you need below. Each installation guide has a link to the correct version of the add-in. Please follow the guidance carefully.

make it a good one) in the form below.Once that’s all done, congratulations! You can now log in to your
Inspirometer Dashboard for the first time. It will look something like this.
When you first login, you’ll find this welcome message. The line of faces there is your first tag! Click on a face to give yourself your first piece of feedback.
Logging in
Next time you want to log in to your Inspirometer dashboard, open your web browser and navigate to my.inspirometer.com.
You’ll see a login panel (unless you are already logged in, in which case you’ll arrive at your Dashboard). Enter your credentials in the ’email’ and ‘password’ fields. Either you created these yourself or the person who organised your account will have communicated them to you.
If you don’t know your password, you can click the blue text ‘Forgot your password?’ and a reset link will be emailed to you.
Click ‘LOG ME IN’ and if everything is correct you should arrive at your Dashboard.
Passwords, who can remember them?
If you forget your password, Inspirometer makes it very easy to reset it. The login page https://my.inspirometer.com has a ‘Forgot your Password?’ link toward the bottom right of the panel.
Clicking the ‘Forgot your Password?’ link will take you to this page:
Where you can simply type in your email address, and click the ‘RESET MY PASSWORD’ button.
For security reasons, the system will send you two emails when you click the button. The first email is to check that you are the valid owner of the email address entered (you don’t want a situation where simply anyone can reset your password). Once you have clicked the link to confirm that you have requested a reset, the system will send you a second email with a new password – which you can subsequently change via this link: https://my.inspirometer.com/members/change_password.php
Upgrading your account
