User Stats Column Options

The User Stats database contains a wide range of statistics on meetings for each user within Inspirometer. The table can be configured to show as few or as many of these as required by means of the green ‘grid’ icon above the right-hand side of the table.

The columns that can be selected as part of your User Stats table are as follows (please note, depending on your configuration, some of these may not be available to you at present):

Name User name as defined in the database
Email Unique email address of the user
Department Team/department to whom the user is allocated within the database
App status Whether the user has the Inspirometer App installed
Add-in Status Condition of the add-in installed in the user’s calendar:
None – Add-in has not been installed by user
Step 1 – Add-in implementation has not completed
Step 2 – Add-in installed but no meeting data uploaded
Active – Recent communication within last 3 days
Silent – Last communication 4-30 days ago. (holiday?)
Dormant – No communication in last 30 days (problem?)
Inactive – Add-in requires attention/re-activation
Earliest Meeting Data Earliest date for which meeting data has been uploaded from the user’s calendar
Recent Meeting Data Latest date for which meeting data has been uploaded from the user’s calendar
Last Account Visit Date of last visit to Inspirometer account to review/analyse the results
Days Since Upload This is the number of days since the user’s meeting stats were last updated
Av Size (Hosted) Average number of people attending the meetings hosted by the user (averaged across all meetings they hosted that month)
Av Length (Hosted) Average length of the meetings hosted by the user (in hours  – averaged across all meetings they hosted that month)
Meeting Hours TSMT = Total Synchronous meeting time – which is how many hours that month the user spent in synchronous meetings – physical and virtual (synchronous means when they meet at the same time)
Virtual Index The proportion of all meeting (TSMT) hours which are associated with virtual meetings (Virtual meetings are included in meeting (TSMT))
External Focus The proportion of all meeting (TSMT) hours which are associated with meetings which include at least one ‘external’ participant
Goal Clarity The proportion of all meeting (TSMT) hours which are associated with meetings which have an objective and an agenda (shows half the hours for meetings with only one or the other of these).
Travel Hours The total hours spent in travel to and from meetings
Digital Index The total hours of Asynchronous meetings in ratio to the total Synchronous meeting (TSMT) hours (Asynchronous meetings are not included in meeting (TSMT))
Feedback Enabled The proportion of all meeting (TSMT) hours which are associated with meetings which have feedback switched on – i.e. people could have fed back via the Inspirometer
Feedback Effort The proportion of meetings with feedback enabled where the user took the opportunity to provide at least one piece of feedback.
Meeting Effectiveness Average feedback score as %age across all hosted meetings. Calculated by averaging all responses across all hosted meetings
Time on Learning Hours spent that month with the user’s inspirometer account as the active window (i.e. time spent in learning from the data)
Hrs team review Hours spent that month with the user’s inspirometer account as the active window and with the view set to team, or the page being a compiler page (i.e. time spent in helping others to learn from the data – this is blank if they do not have view permissions in any form).
Avg mtg length (A) Average length of the meetings attended by the user (in hours, averaged across all meetings they attended that month)
% Travel O’head Total hours of Travel as a proportion of all meeting (TSMT) hours (Travel time is not included in TSMT)
Add-in Build Reference data on the add-in installed on the user’s calendar
Add-in Version Version of the add-in installed on the user’s calendar (system data)
Outlook Version Version of Outlook in which the add-in is installed (system data)
Windows Version Version of Windows in which Outlook is installed (system data)
Heartbeat Date of last signal received that the add-in was active
Last Token Request Date at which the electronic handshake took place to activate the add-in
Health Index Average percentage across the key factors which determine meeting effectiveness
Av P.rev period Average period between visits to view personal meeting data
Av T.rev period Average period between visits to view team meeting data
Live clinic act’s Number of clinic improvement activities currently being applied to the user’s meetings.
Annual clinic act’s Number of clinic improvement activities applied to the user’s meetings, in total, over the preceeding 12 months.
Activity Index This activity index relates to the user’s level of interaction with the Inspirometer.
% Brevity Index The proportion of all meeting (TSMT) hours (hosted by the user) where the start time or the end time was not precisely on an hour or 30 minute interval.
% Flexibility Index The proportion of all meeting (TSMT) hours (hosted by the user) which are not set to recurr on precisely a weekly or monthly routine. E.g. picking every 23 days would be ‘flexible’
