Updating your Meeting Data

Normally, meeting data updates automatically every-time you open Outlook. However, if your meeting data is currently out of date, there are a number of possible reasons for this, and some very simple solutions to fix them:

Reason Solution
1 You have not yet installed the calendar add-in to upload your meeting data Follow the instructions on the ‘Getting Started’ page – it takes less than 5 minutes
2 Your calendar add-in has stopped working for some reason Install the latest add-in over the top of your existing add-in
3 Your calendar add-in is working but you have not refreshed your data for a while Click on the Inspirometer button in Outlook and select ‘Refresh Meeting Stats’
4 Your add-in gave you problem some time ago and you have disabled it Try installing the new add-in – it works with a wider range of software versions
5 You have another issue, and none of the above solutions will work for you Please use our support forum to let us know the issue so we can fix it for you
