Normally, meeting data updates automatically every-time you open Outlook. However, if your meeting data is currently out of date, there are a number of possible reasons for this, and some very simple solutions to fix them:
Reason | Solution | |
1 | You have not yet installed the calendar add-in to upload your meeting data | Follow the instructions on the ‘Getting Started’ page – it takes less than 5 minutes |
2 | Your calendar add-in has stopped working for some reason | Install the latest add-in over the top of your existing add-in |
3 | Your calendar add-in is working but you have not refreshed your data for a while | Click on the Inspirometer button in Outlook and select ‘Refresh Meeting Stats’ |
4 | Your add-in gave you problem some time ago and you have disabled it | Try installing the new add-in – it works with a wider range of software versions |
5 | You have another issue, and none of the above solutions will work for you | Please use our support forum to let us know the issue so we can fix it for you |
