The following links are intended to install a simple add-ins to your Outlook. However, given the variety and complexity of your computer, not all links work for all situations, so please read the following guidance carefully.
Firstly, please make sure you are viewing this page in Internet Explorer. Outlook is a Microsoft product, and for security purposes it will only accept these links from a Microsoft browser such as Internet Explorer. If you are currently viewing this page in any other browser or method, please copy and paste the address into Internet Explorer, and continue from there.
Secondly, make sure that your Outlook is version 2010 or later and select the plugin you wish to use. The plugin and what it does is described above the links.
Thirdly, try the link ending ‘.vsto’ first. This is a single click link and, if it works, it will be the easiest option. If it works, close and reopen your Outlook, and your add-in should be available for use within a few minutes.
Fourthly, if step 3 doesn’t work, your system is most likely missing some basic files that the installer needs to work effectively. These are contained in the second link ending ‘.zip’. Click on this link to download the zip file, and then unzip the whole file to your desktop before doing anything else. This will create, among other files, an ‘.exe’ file on your desktop. Run this ‘.exe’ file and then close and reopen your Outlook, and your add-in should be available for use within a few minutes.
Meetings Add-in
The Meetings Add-in automatically sets up meeting feedback by inviting meetings@inspirometer.com to your meetings as you set them up (see meetings.inspirometer.com). It also collates statistics on your meetings and installs a button by which you can view these.

Signature Add-in
The Signature Add-in encodes your signature Tag to capture key information within your responses (e.g. which email is being responded to). It requires you to encode your signature according to the picture below: Set code1 to {RX:TARGET}, set code2 to {RX:TIMESTAMP}, and set code3 to {RX:SUBJECT}. You then need to copy the Tag and place it in your signature.
The add-in looks for these {RX} fields when you send an email, and replaces them with the email details, which are then captured via the URL when someone clicks on a face to give you feedback.
