The goal of Inspirometer is to improve the effectiveness of your meetings. There are two key components to this:
- reducing what your meetings consume in terms of your (and your colleagues’) time; and/or
- increasing what those meetings achieve in terms of impact and value-add.
Process improvement consists of getting more out for the same input, or the same output for less input, or a combination of the two.
Inspirometer looks at both the inputs to, and the outputs from, your meetings:
- the Calendar add-in gathers data on the timespend related to meetings; and
- the App gathers data on the impact of those meetings in adding value to the organisation.
