iFrames to support meeting tools

iFrames are meeting templates; large workspaces which encourage simultaneous participation from everyone. They provide the means for everyone to engage: to contribute and ‘listen’ at the same time; to inspire new levels of creativity; to understand the balance of opinion quickly; to reach consensus easily; and to build real commitment to the outcomes. As tools, they are far more powerful than their apparent simplicity would lead you to believe, and we would recommend that you properly research and understand each one before using it in a meeting.

Each iFrame has its own page, which contains links to reference material and guidance (where available). For a list of iFrames, and links to the respective pages, click here: Meeting Tool Selection.
In most cases the iFrame files contain two separate iFrames of the same layout; one with a very light background for printing purposes and to enable their use with flipchart pens, and the other with a very dark background for use in virtual meetings where people may prefer to work with their teams in light coloured fonts. In all cases, they have been designed to attract and guide engagement, and the guiding lines and titles are subtly blended to the background so that they do not intrude into the contributions. All are free to use under a creative commons copyright, providing the copyright data and attribution back to Inspirometer is maintained.
The iFrames have been created as powerpoint files. These files are for direct upload to your web-meeting software, or for printing to A0 or A1 sheets (the files are A4 but they can be set to print larger). Powerpoint files can be loaded as-is into virtually any meeting or collaboration software as a presentation, and then annotated by the participants as needed. Powerpoint resources exist for the following tools:
